Return & Replacement Policy
At Florance Glow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products to your doorstep. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we are here to help with a simple return and replacement process.
1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

The product is damaged during delivery.

The product is defective or faulty.

You received the wrong item.

Requests must be made within 48 hour of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Clearance or sale items may not qualify for returns (unless faulty).
3. Return & Replacement Process

Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 48 hour of receiving your order.

Share your order details along with photos/videos of the damaged or defective product.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to return the product to our address.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send a replacement free of charge.
4. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement product is unavailable.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our mistake, we will cover all shipping costs.
