Return & Replacement Policy

At Florance Glow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products to your doorstep. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we are here to help with a simple return and replacement process.

1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

• You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The product is defective or faulty.

  • You received the wrong item.

• Requests must be made within 48 hour of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

• Clearance or sale items may not qualify for returns (unless faulty).

3. Return & Replacement Process

1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 48 hour of receiving your order.

2. Share your order details along with photos/videos of the damaged or defective product.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to return the product to our address.

4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send a replacement free of charge.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

• Refunds will only be issued if a replacement product is unavailable.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to damage, defect, or our mistake, we will cover all shipping costs.

• For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges may apply.
